Refund Policy & Terms of Service

1. All Sales Are Final Since our items are digital goods and services, all payments are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving a digital license that is delivered immediately, and you waive any right to a refund.

2. Chargebacks and Fraud We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraud. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or unauthorized reversal will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the Meowcraft Network. Additionally, these disputes are reported to the platform (Tebex), which may result in you being blacklisted from purchasing on other servers globally.

3. Delivery Information Please allow 1 to 10 minutes for the system to process your payment and deliver your items in-game.

4. Support If you have not received your package after 10 minutes, please do not re-purchase. Instead, open a support ticket on our Discord server including your Transaction ID, and our team will resolve the issue manually.
